Verified USD

Verified USD was an omnichain US dollar stablecoin backed by tokenized real-world assets, initially STBT short-term Treasury Bill Tokens. The Verified USD Foundation announced on November 13, 2024 that new USDV minting had been halted and that support for USDV would cease on December 31, 2024, with users encouraged to convert USDV to other assets. USDV should be treated as a retired stablecoin that has since traded far below its intended 1 USD peg.
