SKY is the governance token of Sky Protocol, the ecosystem that evolved from MakerDAO and centers on the USDS stablecoin and related DeFi infrastructure. SKY can be staked to earn protocol-linked rewards, used in governance, and used as collateral in Sky's borrowing system. It represents the upgraded governance layer of one of DeFi's longest-running stablecoin ecosystems.
