An ERC-20 representation of ICP minted by OneSec, a third-party bridge that holds the ICP backing it. The DFINITY Foundation sanctions the bridge but neither deployed nor controls the contract, whose mint authority rests with a single externally owned account, so it is a separate credit from ICP itself.
