Arbitrum is the governance token of the Arbitrum ecosystem, an Ethereum Layer 2 focused on scaling on-chain applications with lower fees and faster execution. ARB gives holders voting power over the Arbitrum DAO, including protocol upgrades, treasury allocations, and the evolution of the ecosystem's chains and tooling. It is used in the governance of a large Ethereum rollup network.
