Ripple USD is a US dollar-backed stablecoin issued by Ripple for use across the XRP Ledger, Ethereum, and related financial infrastructure. RLUSD is intended to support payments, settlement, and tokenized finance use cases with a regulated digital-dollar format. It extends Ripple's long-standing focus on blockchain-based payment rails into stablecoin issuance.
